Foundational Intensive Workshop

Two Eight-Hour Days (Corporate / Organizational / Personal Environment)

This workshop is the workshop upon which the series is based.  It is intended as a standalone workshop and goes through the full range of tools The RECALIBRATION has to offer.

Explore the interrelationships and intrarelationships (external perspective and internal perspective) associated with your personal past, your present and your desired future.  The course is laid out in the following format and repeated several times each day.  A lecture, large group discussion, small group discussion, silent personal work time to answer questions individually, small group discussion, which includes individual story telling / sharing, followed by more small group discussion and finally, a large group discussion.

Topics are specific to what each individual participant answers are to each question and what they bring to their small groups. Small groups have a co-facilitator to guide the small group discussions and guide the story telling / sharing portion of the course.  Can be done in a team or organization, or individually in a group.

At the end of this course, participants receive The RECALIBRATION Intensive Certificate of Completion.
