The RECALIBRATION Sales Module is intended for Sales personnel and for sales teams. Though it does not get into specific sales techniques, it does allow the individual or sales team to explore their own personal blockages, hopes, fears, etc. around sales, and explore past wins and losses and present situations to positively effectuate future sales potential.
(This module can be used as a standalone module though it works best as part two after Module 1).
In this workshop, The RECALIBRATION Tools are used specifically around the concept, ideals, goals, and targets of sales. From personal salesmanship to team goals to corporate mission and objective, The RECALIBRATION tools guide each participant or team through a series of questions to align individuals and teams with company objectives.
